Key Access was, for years, the favourite industry newsletter with articles on new trends, sales techniques, and where updates on new hotels coming into the market or making changes were often highlighted. Personnel additions and transitions to sales teams across the GTA were often announced and even personal announcements such as wedding and new births were mentioned.
